Small animal emergencies during our opening hours
If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.
Our opening hours
Monday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Tuesday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm
Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Sunday: Closed
Small animal emergencies outside of our opening hours
Our out of hours service is supplied by CVets in Cornwall.
If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call CVets directly on 01872 560952. Their team will advise you on how to proceed.
As a guide, Cvets’ initial emergency consult fee is from £150. For further information, please visit their website.
Please note that CVets are available for emergencies only. For all routine care, please call us during our opening hours.
Farm and equine emergencies
If your farm animal or horse has an emergency at any time, please call us on 01326 572215.
We can give you advice over the phone and arrange for a vet to visit you, if required.
